Stunning book!
After reading the fabulous The Great Good Thing, I rushed to get this book.I found that Roderick Townley did it again with his second book, Into the Labyrinth.Although it was charming and hard to set down, this book should not be marketed to younger children.This novel would be more of a hit for 11 and up.My 13 year old daughter just started reading it and is already amazed at the creativity. This is a classic for children and adults alike.

Not nearly as good as the first one
After reading and loving"A Great Good Thing," I was hoping for this sequel to be as well-written and charming.I was disappointed.It features the same wonderful characters, princess Sylvie and the "girl with the dark blue eyes," as well as the king and queen and all the other characters, but the plot doesn't hold together nearly as well.The author inserts a new character --a yoga instructor named Rosetta-- into "the story" as an assistant shepherdess, and all the talk of energy projection lines and finding one's centeris way above the heads of its 9-12 audience.Read more

So. So.
This guide is okay but I felt it was a little tricky to figure out at times. So i played the game w/o it and I realized you can do fine w/o it. So if you're a fan of this game, you probably don't need the strategy guide, but it contains some minor hints but I think someone could do fine w/o it.

Excellent Resource for Web Design Novices!
I should know...I am not computer savvy.I find it amazing that without spending money on expensive software that requires its own expertise, I am able to build my very own webpage!This book takes you step by step to designing a fully functioning personal web site in a very short period of time using the resources you already have on your computer.Spending just an hour or two a day, it took me less than a week to go through all the steps in the book and I now have a fully functioning model from which I can begin building my own web page.I never thought it would be so simple.

***** This is an EXCELLENT guide for beginners! I had my niece come over for a weekend to try it out. Following the step-by-step directions, we created a simple, free web site. Nothing fancy, but plain either. This book begins the creating of a site OFF the internet. In simple words and terms the first few chapters get the "newbie" (for lack of a better term) used to the computer, its files/folders, and inner workings. My niece is around ten-years-old and had only a few problems. I believe that kids around third grade could successfully use this guide. But if you are an adult who is new to computers, this book is perfect for you as well. Read more

Danger.com
If you dare to, enter Danger.com, by Jordan Cray. During this adventure on the internet, a boy tries to find out if he has a dad or a mom. He has a best friend and whose mom is his moms best friend. He finds out where the guy works that could be his father. This book is like when you get thrown upside down on a rollar coaster. You're excited and scared at the same time. It's a thrill and a chill, and you don't know how to cantain yourself for the ride. While all this is going on, he gets so into finding his dad that he and his best friend start to drift way from each other faster and faster. They have no control over their friendship. I use to be friends with a girl, but after Junior high school we drifted apart. We still see each other, but we are neighbors. He has time to make up for what he did wrong. If you like adventure, or mystery you would like this book. I recommend for people that have lots of things going and know how to juggle all them together. If you know what it's like to try and try but still not do good, then you will enjoy Danger.com.

I actually read the book without falling asleep! WOW!
It's about this really smart 17 year old guy. He gets in trouble. Meets agirl. Thinks his moms crazy around the end of the book. Then him and his mom our very happy at the end. They have a normal life. Terrific book. I've only read 1 or maybe 2 books that i had enjoyed. But i'm glad that I liked reading it because I want to try to extend my vocabulary to it's highest point. Read it. I promise you wont fall asleep.

Not Quite As Nice As The First Guide
Though this Guide has a new author than the Guide for the first game, it still does not offer any further insight to Crusader than did the original to Stronghold. If anything, this manual is even more lacking as it doesn't even include the 50 scenarios comprising the Crusader Trail, and offers no information on the new AI opponents you'll be going up against in the scenarios. Like the first guide, this is really nothing more than an expanded instruction booklet and not really necessary to getting the most out of Stronghold Crusader. Much of the introductory material is just a rehash of what was contained in the original, and coverage of the new features and campaigns introduced in Crusader is far less than what I would have hoped for when buying this guide. While Crusader as a game is a worthwhile sequel (and the Warchest version even more so), this accompanying Strategy Guide falls even farther short than the original guide. ... Read more
